Do you offer custom sizes?

Yes! We offer tailor-made garments to ensure the perfect fit just for you. ♡
If you’d like to request a custom size, please refer to our self-measurement guide and provide your measurements at checkout. You may also contact us within three (3) days after placing your order.

 

I received my order, but it’s a little too big. Do you offer alterations?

We provide free alterations for minor adjustments; however, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer unless the alteration is due to our error.

 

How long will it take for my order to be shipped and delivered?

Since most of our garments are made-to-order, please allow 2-10 weeks for production before shipping. Processing times may vary depending on the garment and peak seasons.

  • International Orders: Shipped via Japan Post (10-25 business days). Express shipping may be available upon request.
  • Metro Manila: Standard shipping takes 1-3 business days, depending on the courier and the season. Same-day delivery (30 minutes to a few hours) is also available.
  • Outside Metro Manila: Delivery takes 3-10 business days, depending on your location, courier, and season (e.g., longer wait times during Christmas).

 

What if I need my order sooner?

If you have a deadline, please let us know as soon as possible!

  • If you've already placed an order, provide your order number and the date you need it by.
  • If you haven't ordered yet, let us know the style, color, and size you want, along with your required delivery date.

 

What shipping options are available?

  • International Orders: Shipped via Philippine Post or Japan Post. Express shipping (DHL/FedEx) may be available upon request.
  • Metro Manila: Shipped via Gogoexpress or LBC. Same-day delivery is available upon request.

We operate from Tokyo, Japan & Metro Manila, Philippines.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide.

 

What is PayPal? Can I use other payment methods?

Our checkout process is powered by PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions. Your payment is processed securely through PayPal's servers, ensuring fraud protection.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards via PayPal (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club)
  • Direct PayPal transfers
  • Japan Post Bank, BDO, Chinabank
  • GCASH & Shopee (for Philippine orders only)

 

Are customs duties and taxes included?

Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes on international shipments. If a package is not claimed or taxes are unpaid within a certain period, it will be returned to us. In such cases, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

 

Do you offer customization?

Yes! We offer customized dress lengths and sizes based on your measurements.

 

Do you accept special commissions?

Yes! We accept limited special commissions for exclusive designs. Please send us an email for more details.
