Pull Policy

Omi Omi occasionally lends clothing for pulls intended for photoshoots, red carpet events, and other promotional appearances. All pulls are subject to approval, and this contract must be completed on the borrow date.


Conditions of Agreement:

  • Samples are exclusively for editorial shoots, red carpet events, and promotional appearances by the signer or talent, unless otherwise specified.
  • The signer agrees to credit Omi Omi in all media, including print, online, social media, and television. The credit must appear as follows:
    • Instagram/Facebook: “Dress by @omi_omi_official”
    • Print: “Dress by Omi Omi”
  • A copy of the publication, online post, social media content, or television segment featuring the item must be sent to Omi Omi.
  • Omi Omi reserves the right to use the images for its own promotional purposes.
  • The signer agrees to take full responsibility for the items while in their possession and will ensure they are returned in the same condition, including labels and price tags, by the agreed-upon return date.
  • As security, Omi Omi will collect a credit card number, billing address, and/or a photocopy of your ID. Any lost or damaged items will be invoiced at full retail price. If no credit card information is provided, a 20% deposit will be required.
  • Omi Omi reserves the right to invoice the full retail value of any items not returned by the agreed-upon date.


Pulling Process:

  1. A 20% service rental fee applies for brand promotions on the day of the pull, which includes cleaning costs and brand promotion fees. For non-brand use, a standard fee of 5,000 JPY (50 USD) or 2,500 PHP applies, covering cleaning costs and service fees.
  2. If you cannot return the items by the agreed date, please contact us to arrange an extension to avoid losing your deposit. A late fee of 10% per day may apply.
  3. The borrower is responsible for the courier fees.
  4. For all pulls, credit card information or a 20% deposit is required, which will be refunded once the project is completed. Omi Omi will retain the credit card information as security.
  5. Omi Omi reserves the right to approve all pieces individually and asks that no more than 10 items be borrowed unless previously discussed.
  6. All borrowed items must be returned in the same condition as they were received, with tags properly attached.
  7. Please fill out the application form below completely. If your submission is accepted, our team will reach out to arrange the pull appointment.
  8. The borrower is responsible for the care of all items while in their possession.
  9. Provide as much information as possible about the shoot, including the event date and theme/concept.

Content Requirements:

  1. Submit 5-10 photos after the shoot that can be shared on our social media channels.
  2. Tag @omiomi.co visibly in all social media posts.
  3. Credit Omi Omi for wardrobe (e.g., Stylist: Kiko Mizuhara, Wardrobe: Omi Omi).
  4. Omi Omi reserves the right to use the images for promotional purposes across all its social media channels.
  5. A copy of the publication, social media post, or television segment in which the item is featured should be sent to Omi Omi if applicable.

 

Return Policy:

  • All items must be returned in the same condition they were received by the agreed return date, including labels and price tags.
  • For events and appearances, garments must be dry cleaned before returning.
  • Any lost or damaged items will be invoiced at full retail price.
  • All borrowed items must be returned within the approved return date.
  • Omi Omi reserves the right to invoice the full retail value of any items not returned by the agreed date.
